KING BOULEVARD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1992 FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 9:00 P.M. FOR "THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN CULTURAL ARTS FESTIVAL" SPONSORED BY THE CHATTANOOGA AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSEUM, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized the temporary closing of M. L. King Boulevard from Lindsay Street to Houston Street on Saturday, September 5, 1992 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the presentation of "The African-American Cultural Arts Festival" under the sponsorship of the Chattanooga African American Museum provided that the sponsor shall set out flasher barricades and warning signs in accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
